Jojo smokes before a night of work in the bars in Angeles City, known for its red light district. After being displaced from Typhoon Haiyan, Jojo had to go back to work in the red light district shortly after giving birth. In the wake of typhoons, women and girls from areas vulnerable to natural disasters, particularly Eastern Visayas, are driven into the sex trade amidst constant displacement from storms.
